Orders will be processed after receipt of payment has been cleared, verified by our authorized Payment Merchant PAYPAL, and received by OnlineResearchWriter.com. Your credit card account will be managed by PayPal to ensure maximum security for your credit card processing. Card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization and will not be recorded or used by OnlineResearchWriter.com For more information, visit http://www.paypal.com.
Payment to our site will appear on your billing statement as ONLINERESEA and Invoice requests will come from OnlineResearchWriter. Any information you disclose to OnlineResearchWriter.com in completing your order will be under the terms provided in the Privacy Policy.
Each order is completed based on the requirements specified by the Client in the submission of the order form. OnlineResearchWriter.com provides a research work with 300 words per page, double space, font size 12, Times New Roman, margins 1” for top & bottom for Left & Right 1.25”. The Cover Page / Title Page, Bibliography / Reference, Table of Contents, Appendix (if needed), Email Delivery, Order Tracking, and Free Revision Service come FREE with your order.
The Client must provide for needed sources through email when specific research materials are scarce or unavailable. We are not liable for any delays in the completion and submission of the project due to the Client’s failure to provide for the requested or required specific sources needed to complete the project.
OnlineResearchWriter.com primarily communicates with Clients through e-mail for proper documentation. It is a must for clients to check emails and phones regularly for any important concerns about an order. We are not liable for any miscommunication on the part of the Client. REVISION Policy:
The revision request must be made within 48 hours after project delivery. Revision requests are valid if it is within the original instructions in the order form, otherwise, the Client has to re-order the project. If additional pages are required for the revision, the Client must pay for the additional pages to complete the revision.
REFUND Policy:
OnlineResearchWriter.com will not be able to make refunds since our outputs can easily be reproduced. We only issue a refund when an order has NOT been assigned and completed.
We will not be held liable in case you do not receive your order on time due to any technical problems on your end. We send your project to your registered email on or before your deadline. If you do not receive an email after some time, you must check your spam folder. We are not liable for an invalid email address or phone number provided by the Client.
Should our Virtual Research Writers require additional time beyond the given deadline, the Client will be notified of it in advance via email. With such notice or with the client’s acknowledgment of the deadline extension, submission of a late order overrides any refund request.
We take full ownership of completed projects that are refunded and have the right to publish it.
Legitimate refund claim/s shall be processed within 2-3 working days.
